Payments and Financing

Payment stages are set out in your proposal. Deposits secure materials and scheduling; final balances are due once the work has been completed and walked through with you. We accept the payment methods listed on your documentation.

Where you use home improvement finance, the agreement is between you and the lender. Our advisers can explain the options and help you prepare figures, but the lending decision always rests with the finance provider. Changes to Agreed Work

If you would like to change the scope after work has begun, tell us as early as possible so we can assess the effect on cost, materials and schedule. We will document the change and ask you to approve it before the extra work proceeds.

Warranties and Workmanship

We warrant our workmanship for the period stated in your proposal and will put right any defect arising from our labour or installation methods. Materials and appliances carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer, which we pass on to you with the relevant documentation.

The workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect of recommended maintenance, extreme weather events, alterations carried out by others, or normal wear expected in a busy household.

Homeowner Responsibilities

To keep a project safe and on schedule, we ask you to remove or protect personal belongings in work areas, make decisions promptly when asked, and follow the care instructions we provide at handover. If a query arises about the finished work, please contact us first so we have the chance to resolve it directly.
